Do treatments include follow-up care?

Yes, we believe in ongoing patient care. Where appropriate, treatments include:

A follow-up phone call after one week
A free face-to-face review appointment after two weeks

What is your cancellation policy?

If an appointment is cancelled:

5 days or more before the appointment: 100% of the deposit refunded
Within 24 hours: 50% of the deposit refunded
Same-day cancellation: deposit is non-refundable

Can Nourish Healthcare replace my NHS GP?

No. Our services are designed to complement NHS care, not replace it. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition you should contact NHS 111 or attend A&E immediately.
